How do I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription plan, you will lose access to those courses at the end of the current billing cycle and no future payments will be drawn.
If you cancel a subscription plan before the renewal date, you can re-activate it. If you have already passed the renewal date, you must re-subscribe to the plan instead.
For Migrated Users:
Sentient Users who have been transferred from the old website will be automatically set up with a free account.
Only artists who have already subscribed will be set up with a subscription plan.
No billing/credit card information has been uploaded to the new website. If you would like to activate your subscription/enroll in courses you will need to update your billing info.
If you have not signed up for a subscription, we did not start a subscription plan for you and there is no need to cancel.
